Refund requests made less than 6 hours before the event will not be accepted.
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
No refunds will be provided for partially used or fully used passes.
Refunds are not available for any missed events or delays caused by customer-related issues.
Promotional or discounted passes are non-refundable.
